Welcome to The Paleo Palate Café Blog
We make simple, clean and delicious recipes that feed your soul
Hi there, I am Snehal
Welcome to my page.
I am glad you stopped by. Food has always been a focal point of uniting people from across the world.
I make clean, healthy and delicious recipes here that feed your soul. While most of my recipes are predominantly paleo there are some are also paleo-ish options (clean and healthy but not necessarily paleo) available too. After starting my journey of health with a paleo lifestyle, I evolved further eventually, listened to my body, and was able to reintroduce a few items that were healthy but not necessarily paleo.
All the recipes here are gluten free, dairy free (with the exception of ghee and grass fed butter) soy free and preservatives free and good for your gut.
This site will guide you through meal plans, simple recipes and a few health tips – even bust some myths if you may, to help you live a life that you have always dreamed of.
I hope you do stay awhile and enjoy some of my recipes while you are here. Also be sure to drop me a line as id love to know more about you.
