Ingredients
  

Ingredients to make Power Protein Smoothies

  • 1 cup - Raspberries
  • 1 cup - Strawberries
  • 1/2 - Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon - Hemp Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon - MCT Oil
  • Cashews - 4-5 (dont add if using cashew milk)
  • 2 cups - Non dairy milk. (I like almond or cashew milk)
  • 1 table spoon - Maple syrup
  • 1 scoop - Protein powder (will link some of my preferred brands below)
  • 4 ice cubes - optional

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend together.
    Serve immediately.
