The Berries smoothie is an absolutely delicious and energetic way to begin your day

Ingredients to make Power Protein Smoothies
- 1 cup - Raspberries
- 1 cup - Strawberries
- 1/2 - Avocado
- 1 tablespoon - Hemp Seeds
- 1 teaspoon - MCT Oil
- Cashews - 4-5 (dont add if using cashew milk)
- 2 cups - Non dairy milk. (I like almond or cashew milk)
- 1 table spoon - Maple syrup
- 1 scoop - Protein powder (will link some of my preferred brands below)
- 4 ice cubes - optional
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend together. Serve immediately.
